Home Brewed Pc's  wireless Internet service is an always on, high-speed, broadband connection. No phone or cable is required to connect your home or business to the Internet.

What equipment do I need? We don't require an equipment purchase but if needed we provide an outdoor  antenna, or wireless bridge  as part of your monthly service. Our wireless bridge equipment connects directly to a network port on your PC or MAC, or can be connected to a broadband router to allow multiple computer connections.

Can I get service at my location? We currently serve the following area Warsaw KY. We are currently doing surveys and will know more soon !!!

 
How fast is your service? Our hi-speed service is 1.5mb, or about 80 times faster than dial-up. The connection is digital from end-to-end and doesn't travel over analog phone lines, virtually elimitating retransmission errors. There is no delay in connecting, or dialing out to the Internet, as your computer is connected when it is turned on.

Do you require a long term contract? We are confident that our service is the best value in hi-speed Internet in Gallitin County, and don't require a long term commitment. Our service is month-to-month and can be cancelled by simply giving us 30 days notice !!!

How do I sign up? Call our office at 859-991-0232 and ask for more information. We have surveyed most of the county for our radio signal, and can usually tell you if your home is in our coverage area. Some outlying areas may require a sight survey to determine if coverage is available.

Can I install the Equipment myself? Our radio equipment requires professional installation and must be installed by Home Brewed Pc's. This ensures that our customers get the best performance from our Internet services. There is the chance that you can use Your existing wireless equipment give us a call and I can let you know!!!

When can I get service? We can schedule and install usually within 2-3 days of your request. A small antenna (about the size of a hardback book) is installed on the outside of your home with a cable running indoors connecting to your computer or router. The installation takes between 2-4 hours, depending on complexity of running the cable from outdoors to indoors.

What is included with monthly service? We provide your broadband Internet service, carrier grade wireless Internet equipment

What does service cost? Our hi-speed Internet service is $20 per month, $5.50 per week or $2.75 per day

Do you have business service? Our business hi-speed Internet service is $20 per month, which is less than a commercial cable Internet account. 

Is there an installation fee? We charge for equipment (check equipment), no  installation fee and the first month of service. This can be waived if your  wireless equipment  is compatible with our network.

Can I use indoor equipment from another provider? For maximum radio performance, we use outdoor equipment only. If your indoor wireless equipment is compatible with our network,we will work with it or for best reception or an outdoor antenna enclosure will have to be used. 

What payment methods do you accept? We bill our service in whole month increments, starting on first day of month. You can pay  by credit/debit card or pay by personal/business check.
Can my landlord or deed restrictions preclude me from installing an outdoor antenna? Federal Law limits the ability of a landlord, homeowners association and local governments to restrict your ability to install an antenna to receive fixed wireless broadband Internet services.
